Facilities Manager & Health and Safety Officer - Ref: R00181
To ensure VoCoVo facilities (worldwide) are monitored, suitable for purpose and grow in line with the business, meeting Health and Safety obligations, and managing our portfolio of insurances.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall facility services of the group of companies
- Renewal and development of company Insurances
- Health & Safety Officer
- Manage the maintenance of the buildings and onsite vehicles by ensuring repairs or maintenance is monitored and carried out
- Oversee the security of the buildings through keyholder supervision and coordination of Intruder alarm maintenance and servicing
- Respond to emergency or other urgent issues involving the facility.
- Organise Fire alarm system maintenance and servicing
- Order stationery, cleaning products and other office equipment
- Reception and Post in/out
- Petty cash control
- Fleet Management
- Other support tasks as necessary
- Business improvement projects

(Based at Head Office, Shipton -u- Wychwood, with some scope to work from home and from other VoCoVo locations)
Accepting Full Time or 80% Part Time applications.
