Expectation of Head of New Business Sales for Northern America:
- You run weekly 1:1s with your team
- Mentor and lead your team on a daily basis offering feedback and support
- Report monthly financial figures to the senior leadership team
- Give accurate and up-to-date stock forecasting
- Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure performance expectations are being met
- Feedback to the sales director on a regular basis of team performance
- Lead by example offering training and support to individual team members
- Onboard new staff members effectively ensuring that thorough training and induction processes are followed.
- Giving all new starters an opportunity to succeed
- Support all sales teams when required for key client visits
- Organise regular training sessions to ensure the team has all required skills and knowledge required to succeed

Key Accountabilities:
This is what you will be measured on as a Head Of Sales For Northern America.
1. Ensure Company Commercial Targets are met:
a. Produce and execute comprehensive 6, 12 and 18 month plans to grow our business within Northern America
b. Set realistic individual targets that align to the company objectives and key results
c. Produce accurate reports to ensure we are continuously monitoring the Northern America Sales Team Performance
d. Attend key business meetings to feedback the team's performance
e. Consistently and accurately forecast your teams projects to a +90% level of accuracy
f. Your teams Hubspot is updated daily, leaving it 100% accurate at the end of each working day with all of your teams projects/opportunities
2. Ensure all team members are expanding their knowledge with VoCoVo
a. Liaise with your team to ensure they have all the required knowledge to be the best versions of themselves
b. Promote our leadership values to make sure that every member of the team is valued
c. Build, nurture and foster relationships with every member of the team
d. Ensure training is aligned throughout the team. Working to build a unified high level skill set within the team
e. Bring in specialist external training for your team to ensure every individual gets better all the time
3. Strong leadership skills
a. Build clear and concise PDP for each team member. Showing how with high performance comes development. Ensuring you are maximising performance of every team member
b. Work closely with our HR to ensure that we are following the company's values
c. Increase the best companies' score. Ensuring that the Northern America Sales Team feels recognised as a valuable and vital cog in the company
4. Engaging and reliable for internal and external stakeholders
a. Build and deliver amazing and engaging on-brand sales presentations to large groups, including decision makers and executive level personnel
b. Liaise and hold strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring they are involved at the right time with your projects/opportunities
c. Understand the customers budget cycle in line with the VoCoVo sales cycle to be able to accurately forecast and support the team to confidently land their live projects/opportunities
Business impact:
This role is crucial for our Northern America Sales Team. A strong leader to ensure we hit commercial targets whilst leading and mentoring our team inline with our ongoing company values is very important to the success of the team.
Head of Sales for North America Salary Range : $190,000 - $210,000
