As Partner Manager for North America. As we rapidly expand our presence in the US market, this is a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced channel management professional to make a significant impact.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with key partners, working with top retail brands to deliver seamless and efficient communication solutions. Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in North America and have the legal right to work in the US.
This role is also hybrid and requires approx 3 days per week in the Chicago area office.
Requirements for Partner Manager - US Channel Sales
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in channel management within the hardware and software sectors for retail clients
- Expertise in managing end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and growth strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- Demonstrated success in generating sales and revenue through partner ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of channel sales techniques and strategies specific to hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partners and attend industry events
Responsibilities as Partner Manager - US Channel Sales
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners specialising in hardware and software solutions across North America
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure partner success in driving sales and delivering VoCoVo solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to improve partner sales performance and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with VoCoVo’s growth goals
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to integrate hardware and software sales into broader business strategies
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies as needed
- Manage partner budgets, forecasts, and develop effective partner programmes, including training, marketing, and incentive initiatives
- Represent VoCoVo at industry events and conferences to build new relationships and showcase our innovative solutions
Salary
Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 plus commission
