Senior Engineer (Telephony/VoIP)
This is a great opportunity to directly help VoCoVo scale by developing the way we install and maintain telephony integrations, improving reliability and reducing the burden on customer support!
VoCoVo specialises in innovative communication solutions tailored for businesses, particularly within the retail sector. Our flagship products are designed to create a connected store experience, facilitating seamless communication among retail staff to enhance efficiency and elevate customer service. We empower teams to collaborate effortlessly and achieve their retail goals.
With over 250,000 users across more than 10,000 locations in 21 countries, and recognition as one of the top 100 best small-to-medium size businesses to work for, join us on our journey!
Efficient, secure, and great quality voice communications are at the very core of what we do. As part of our Voice team, you would be responsible for developing the processes and tools to enable the integration of 3rd party telephony with our retail communication systems. Additionally you will work closely with our software engineers developing customer-facing web apps to enable ‘self service’ of telephony configuration and reporting by the customer.
We're on an amazing journey and as we continue to grow, including expansion into overseas markets, you would be driving this growth with high quality, secure, stable infrastructure, and by automating the processes that are slowing us down. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly help the business scale by developing the way we install and maintain telephony integrations, improving reliability and reducing the burden on customer support.
Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
