We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Administrator to join our dynamic operations team. This role combines advanced data management and reporting responsibilities with general operations administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy in reporting, and effective coordination of daily tasks such as order processing, stock management, and workforce planning.
Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a hybrid home/office based role, you will be required to work from our office in Shipton Under Wychwood at least 3 days per week.
This role is on a 6 month fixed term contract (FTC) basis.
Requirements for Operations Data & Reporting Administrator
- Proven experience in an operations or data administration role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including:
- Advanced formulas (eg., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements).
- Pivot tables and pivot charts.
- Conditional formatting and data validation.
- Power Query or other data transformation tools (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets efficiently.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
Responsibilities as Operations Data & Reporting Administrator
- Develop and manage complex Excel/G-Sheets formulas, pivot tables, and data models to create accurate and actionable reports.
- Create and maintain operational reports to provide insights into performance, stock levels and workforce planning.
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
- Support with general operations administration tasks including:
- Processing and tracking orders accurately.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels across three warehouses to ensure adequate supply.
- Assisting with workforce scheduling and planning to optimise efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and organise data for operational and compliance purposes.
- Support the wider organisation, by producing reports and using data to drive efficiency and optimise processes.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure system and report accuracy.
- Maintain clear and organised documentation of data processes and administrative workflows.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for Excel/G-Sheet related tasks within the team.
Salary
Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000
