Role Overview
As Senior Business Development Manager in our US team, help drive VoCoVo’s US growth by winning major retail and hospitality clients. If you're a tenacious, strategic salesperson ready to secure multi-million-dollar deals, this is your next big move!
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role, with one day a week in our vibrant Greater Chicago office and travel to meet customers, build relationships, and close major deals.

What we're looking for
We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-moving sales environment. You’ll need:
- Around 5+ years’ experience selling multi-million-dollar deals to major retail or hospitality brands
- A proven track record in winning complex, longer-cycle sales
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience securing large contracts and protecting business interests
- The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from operations to C-suite
- Expertise in consultative selling, identifying customer pain points, and positioning solutions
- A strategic and motivated mindset, able to build and nurture a pipeline from scratch
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and accurate forecasting
What you'll do
You’ll take charge of expanding VoCoVo’s footprint by securing major roll-outs. You’ll:
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and final handover.
- Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers across retail and hospitality.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline for 2026 and beyond.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating VoCoVo’s value in a competitive market.
- Work closely with lead generation, marketing, and internal teams to align strategies.
- Negotiate large contracts, ensuring commercial interests are protected.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records to track progress and performance.
Salary: $140,000-$160,000 base salary plus commission
