Role Overview
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of VoCoVo’s net new sales function across the UK and EU. You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and retail customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their VoCoVo journey. This role is key to maximising customer success, from initial trials to full implementation, by running our exclusive Business Impact Report process, conducting store visits, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers. Your goal is to enhance customer engagement, provide valuable insights, and help retailers fully leverage VoCoVo’s solutions to optimise their store operations. If you have previously been a store manager, we would love to hear from you!
This is a hybrid position with 1 day per week working from our Cheltenham, Gloucestershire office and travel for client meetings and store visits across the UK and DACH region (up to approx 50% travel)

What we're looking for
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual with:
- Experience in account management, customer engagement or store management, ideally within a retail environment. If you have previously been a store manager, we would love to hear from you!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset, able to explain solutions in a simple and impactful way.
- Self-motivation and confidence to work independently while proactively engaging customers.
- Strong relationship-building skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights.
What you'll do
- Own and manage relationships with store managers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with VoCoVo.
- Run and develop the Business Impact Report, capturing success metrics and documenting improvements for retail headquarters.
- Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) by providing data insights, customer feedback, and troubleshooting queries.
- Oversee proof-of-concept trials, ensuring smooth execution and tracking weekly usage stats for trial stores.
- Monitor and report usage trends, sharing key findings with BDMs and stores to drive continued success.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback, collaborating with marketing and training teams to refine VoCoVo’s offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer engagement, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and addressing concerns early on.
Salary
Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000
