Role Overview

The Implementation Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring that VoCoVo survey, installation and on-site support activity in the DACH region is completed successfully. You will support VoCoVo in our growth in the DACH region, by providing in-depth implementation knowledge on the VoCoVo product suite and network infrastructure implementation, including the processes and options that VoCoVo can provide. The Implementation Manager (m/f/d) will also manage third parties to ensure that VoCoVo has the correct level of resource to deliver implementations successfully.

The Implementation team’s goal is to ensure a high quality installation of our products and services at customer locations across the DACH and wider Europe, and in doing so, provide a best in class customer experience for our valued customers.

This is a hybrid role, as Implementation Manager (m/f/d) you will travel across Europe to visit customer sites, and the UK to attend key meetings and training sessions (approx 40% travel - 60% working from home).

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in an implementation focused role, specifically with experience in the implementation of hardware/physical products into customer environments.
• A strong understanding of network infrastructure implementations.
• Proven experience of efficiently managing third party engineering resources from initial engagement to project completion.
• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative nature.
• You will be confident dealing with in-depth implementation questions through to high level implementation walk throughs.
• Risk management - the ability to identify potential risks, make sense of them and figure out how to keep things on track.
• Proven experience in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team and project performance.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert for VoCoVo installations and provide in-depth technical implementation and VoCoVo product suite knowledge to support the business.
• Ensure VoCoVo survey, installation and on-site support activity in the DACH region is completed successfully.
• Provide and manage resource to implement and support VoCoVo customers, including Proof of Concept (POC) and Trials across the EU, alongside supporting international projects as required.
• Drive successful POC’s and Trials by gathering issues, key insights and data to share with relevant teams around the business.
• Provide customer focussed solutions for implementation queries.
• Maintain and further enhance the implementation training programme.
• Support service departments by providing advice on tickets with issues that relate to the physical installation of equipment and cannot be resolved by basic triage.
• Highlight issues with processes and gather data to support continuous improvement across the business.
• Provide on-site training to third parties with surveys and installations of VoCoVo products.
• Collaborate with the UK Implementation Manager to ensure the same experience is delivered internationally to VoCoVo customers.
• Ensure the correct holding of stock to support service visits and work closely with our warehouse to provide data as part of stock take and day to day activities. 
• Competently manage PO's and orders. 
• Work closely with third parties and ensure their preparation work for orders aligns with the VoCoVo "Best Practice Manual".
