Experience managing suppliers, vendors and contract manufacturers, including sourcing, negotiation, performance monitoring and risk management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting project updates to Exec and external partners.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
Experience managing budgets, schedules and resource allocation for multiple simultaneous projects.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, certifications and quality standards relevant to hardware products (CE, UL, ISO).

Experience with global supply chain management, including working with international suppliers and navigating import/export regulations.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
