Role Overview
We’re hiring an Operations Planning Administrator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Operations leadership team and a busy Warehouse team to schedule work, maintain accurate data, support internal stakeholders, and ensure shipments flow on time. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-focused, and confident working independently in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do
Inventory Management:
Book stock into warehouses using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Execute warehouse transfers within the WMS in line with instructions from 3PL partners.
Coordinate with Procurement and international warehouses to plan inbound deliveries and documentation.
Dispatch Operations:
Retrieve and store Proof of Delivery (POD) for all shipments, matching them to the correct orders in the system.
Book transportation and carriers for domestic and international shipments.
Prepare and share shipping documentation, including product serial numbers, with customers.
Data & Administration:
Log invoice line details from service providers for audit and reconciliation.
Maintain and update departmental databases and trackers; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Produce simple reports and dashboards (e.g., shipment status, stock movements, POD completion).
Salary
Salary range: £29,000 - £32,000 pa.
